Attractive Ludwigsburg Tea Set
A very nice complete tea service, consisting of a teapot, teabox, milk jug and sugar bowl, with rinsing bowl and six cups and saucers.
All marked: Ludwigsburg, Germany, second half 18th century.
The porcelain is very refined with flower garlands painted and the finely painted small insects are a playful detail.
Height teapot: 11 cm.
Height teabox: 14 cm.
Height milk jug: 14 cm.
Diameter rinsing bowl: 17 cm.
Diameter saucer: 13 cm.
