A pair of chinese porcelain 'Scheveningen' dishes

So-called Chine-de-Commande plates.
 
With decor of three figures and bull in landscape with church tower and houses in background, the rim with wave motif.
 
Painted in Japanese style, the Japanese original of this decor is probably copied from a Delft earthenware plate by Frederik van Frytom.
